Thank you for shopping with Skypeak Outfitters! We are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

 

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days
    • International Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier service interruptions.

 

 


Shipping Carriers

 

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on shipping destination, service speed, and cost efficiency.


Shipping Locations

 

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@skypeakoutfitters.com within 7 days.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue.


 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

 

Skypeak Outfitters is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges incurred during shipping. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
